TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.Reservation & Payment
- Reservation is confirmed upon payment of the required down payment.
- Full payment must be settled before or upon check-in.
- Down payments are non-refundable but may be rebooked once with prior notice (at least 7
days before booking date).
2.Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit is required upon check-in.
- Any damages, lost items, or excessive cleaning fees will be deducted from the deposit.
- Remaining balance of the deposit will be returned upon check-out after inspection.
3.Maximum Capacity
- Only the declared number of guests are allowed inside the premises.
- Additional guests without prior approval will be charged accordingly.
- Visitors are not allowed unless approved by management.
4.Property Care
- Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness.
- Any damage to furniture, appliances, fixtures, or facilities will be charged accordingly.
- Rearranging of heavy furniture is not allowed.
5.Pool Rules
- No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
- Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
- No glass bottles near pool area.
- Proper swimwear required.
6.Noise & Conduct
- Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM.
- Loud music, videoke, or excessive noise must be minimized.
- Illegal activities, drugs, firearms, and disorderly conduct are strictly prohibited.
7.Smoking Policy
- Strictly no smoking inside rooms.
- Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
8.Liability
- DREAM CABIN is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
- Guest assumes full responsibility for their safety and their companions during the stay.
9.Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation must be made at least 7 days prior to booking for rebooking consideration.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
10.Violation of Rules
- Management reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund for violations of this
agreement.

🐾 Small to Medium breeds are welcome.
🐾 Maximum of 3 pets allowed.
✔️ Pets are allowed in outdoor areas.
✔️Pets may stay inside rooms.
✔️ Pets must be supervised at all times.
❌ Pets are not allowed in the pool area.
📍For everyone’s comfort:
- Please bring diapers or pet mats for indoor areas.
- Avoid letting pets stay on bed unless with cover.
- Clean pet waste properly (CLAYGO).
- Ensure pets are vaccinated & not aggressive.
💔 Any excessive damage will be charged accordingly.
